How will you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and the cost for shipping and handling will be automatically calculated through the website. You will be able to view shipping and handling costs before finalizing your order.

When shipping and handling to warmer climates and during the summer months (April through September), all orders placed should be shipped with cold packs, at an additional charge of $6.00. It is highly encouraged that you choose to have your order packaged with cold packs if your destination is in a climate where the temperature is over 70 degrees Fahrenheit. We will contact you regarding the cold packs and the additional charge before processing your order. At that time, you can either agree to the additional $6.00 charge for cold packs, or have your order refunded. If you choose to decline the additional charge for cold packs and still want your order processed, we regret that we cannot guarantee the quality of your order upon arrival.

For shipping in the Continental US, continue your order through our website. For shipping to Mexico City and the surrounding areas, please contact Jill@prettysweetpretzels.com for more information.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders will be processed and shipped with a 10 day/2 week turnaround. To avoid our packages sitting over the weekend, USPS Priority Mail orders will only be shipped Monday - Wednesday.

Special shipping and handling accommodations can be made by contacting us and discussing your delivery needs. We will work with you to meet your specific delivery date.

Please allow an additional 3 to 4 days to process holiday orders. For timely gift shipping and handling and receiving, place your orders early.

Do you sell Pretty Sweet Pretzels Gourmet Specialties wholesale?

What is the shelf life of your products?
All of your Gourmet Specialties are packaged in food safe packaging and are sealed to ensure freshness. Our Gourmet Pretzels will keep optimum freshness for 3 to 4 weeks. Our Gourmet Apples have a shelf life of 10 days without refrigeration.

Do your products contain peanuts?
Our products are produced in a facility that uses toppings that contain nuts in addition to toppings that are manufactured in plants that also contain peanut products. Please refrain from ordering our product if you have a nut allergy.

What form of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, and PayPal

Can I cancel my order?
You must contact us within 12 hours to request a cancellation. If your order has been processed, there is no cancellation.

Can I return my order?
No, orders that have been shipped can not be canceled or returned.
